It is unknown if Hibiki makes a cameo appearance in Live for You! or not. There are files in the game data that show silhouettes of Hibiki.

I remember seeing these pics of Hibiki and Takane somewhere before. They look pretty nice in those 3D pics.

Those are "360-fied" pics by a guy on 2ch's "Nico-masu" thread.
Unfortunately I didn't save them, since I'm more of a fan of Hibiki/Takane portraits by 歪氏.
