Nice work there Yui!

Don't mind if I do:

- Character(s); Chihaya looking sexy in a flight suit!
- Design (Im@s 1 or 2); 2
- Color (SAI, color pencils, graphite). Pencil.

Thanks in advance. Let me know if you need anything changed.

Pretty optimistic. My "business" partner and I are making the final arrangements for the launch of our website this weekend.

Awesome skins! I was wondering if you've made any of these available for use in the HAWX community. I'd love to fly as one of these beauts.

I get the impression said guy was trying to suck up to the dealer. At least it wasn't the dealer who acted like an entitled child.

Relieved. Just the first week of being back at school has exhausted me, but at least I have a 3 day weekend to look forward to.

Currently occupied with utterly failing at the Warsaw Pact campaign in Wargame: European Escalation. Still, this is a fantastic game for anyone who liked World in Conflict.

I also like Rush a lot. The only concert I've ever been to was a Rush concert while they were on their Time Machine tour. My favourite songs by them are probably YYZ and Fly By Night.

And I'm guessing by your picture that you like Puella Magi Madoka Magica? I haven't seen it myself, but my friends seem to like it a lot, and I plan to watch it soonish.

Clockwork Angels was my first concert too. YYZ got an encore here! My avy is from a pixiv / gelbooru art featuring Chihaya cosplaying as Homura. It's sfw and I can find the original if you want. I just rendered it for transparency.  :D

Welcome to the forums and enjoy your stay!
I'll be honest, I bought Ace Combat 6 just because I heard of the Im@s dlc's, but I ended up enjoying the game too :P
I was a bit disoriented when I used Ami and Mami's planes though...
I never understood why Namdai (or Bamco as I've seen here) ran a promotion for im@s on the NA and EU market when 1) most Ace Combat fans don't know and don't care what it is. To them, it's just some anime girl. And more importantly 2), they can't buy the product in their markets without importing. Still, it's been one of my favorite titles since I was a little kid. I loved it so much that I ran a site and video game clan named after one of the in-game countries.

tRPGs, eh? Any preferences?

And concerning Computer Science, there's no end of cool stuff to get into. So many specialties. Here's hoping you find yours.

GURPS for its versatility (a few friends and I managed to run a game centered around fighter jets with it). As for setting, I really like Shadowrun and Cyberpunk. I had the opportunity to join a Dark Heresy game as well, but I was too busy at the time.

When I first went into school that was my mindset but the more and more I learn about computers and what makes them tick the more and more interesting it all is to me. ^_^ Like Cael said I hope you find your special interest.

I plan to keep an open mind. I feel that there's a lot more opportunity for me there than in my current field.

Just marathoned all the Puchimasus I missed. My god, it's been a long time since I've genuinely laughed at an anime. This is just too cute.

Ahh are you going to change to Computer Science or are you more in the hardware like Computer Systems?

Programming is mostly where my interest and prior experience lies, but I'm leaning toward computer info. systems.

Lucky you. They never played here, so my best bet would be to see them in Berlin or Prague, methinks...

Hopefully you're able to go see them!

Thanks for the welcome. Looks like I'm in good company with the Chihaya fans eh?

Hey welcome.

So you like computer software/hardware?
That's what I'm studying in school. It's pretty inserting.

Yeah, although I'm in civil engineering at the moment. That will change when this current semester ends and I change my major.

So you're old enough to pilot a plane. Are you actually flying? I'd like to try flying a plane sometime, because it sounds like fun, but I also don't want to make a mistake and crash.

I haven't had the chance to get behind the controls yet, so I'm pretty much just an enthusiast right now. I am planning on perusing my PPL later, possibly after college, when I have a bit more time and cash. So for now I just satisfy the urge with flight sims and airshows. ;D

I've worried a bit about making mistakes in flight, but the most reassuring facet flight training is always having someone up there with you. All the popular trainers, the Cessna 152, 172, Piper Cherokee, etc. all have dual control sets that allow the instructor to take control. Can't speak for myself, but a buddy of mine who trained on the 172 says it practically flies itself.

Was your first exposure to idolmaster those colorful idol planes in Ace Combat? I always wondered what people who didn't know anything about idolmaster thought about those designs.

Yup. They are very controversial in the community because of the stat boosts, which in its opinion broke what was already a massively imbalanced MP mode in AC6. Whether they liked the designs (most didn't :P) or not, pretty much everyone agreed that the perks the planes received were ridiculous. I'm not sure there's a single aircraft in Ace Combat that gets as much hate as the Miki Su-47.

Accoun, seeing them in concert last year was the crowning moment of 2012 for me. A couple friends who I game with introduced me and the music kind of stuck.
