Welcome Center / Back from the dead
« on: October 20, 2015, 09:45:37 am »
Hey guys,

I don't know if anyone knows me but I'm actually the guy owning the place. Well the actual owner is Yunabeco as he's the one paying the bills I guess.

It has been such a long time that I decided to make a new self introduction.

I'm 24, French, I live in Tokyo for three years now, where I develop video games (software engineer).

I've been working at Gameloft Tokyo for two years where we released マグナメモリア (Magna Memoria) -it's only available in Japan-  before joining my actual company, Kiteretsu.

You've probably never heard the name but I guess some of you have played our games : Zoo Keeper, Angry Birds Fight, and the Rope animation / game series (Google it if you don't know it, the anime is really cool).

I'm into video games (obviously), nutrition/fitness, I adore Perfume and still love cats as much as before.

I've recently been sucked back into Idolmaster with the Starlight Stage game that is freaking awesome. So here I am, back from the dead.

If some of you are located in Tokyo we can definitely go and grab a beer :)

Rules & News / New Section !
« on: December 17, 2010, 09:30:55 am »
Hi there.

The moderator team decided to make a new section, for THE iDOLM@STER 2 and others upcoming  iDOLM@STER 2's generation games on the 360 (as there probably will be). Keeping the whole thing in only one topic was kind of sad, wasn't it ? ;)

From now on, please keep the iDOLM@STER and Live 4 You discussions in the former section, and fill me up the brand new section ! ;)

General chatter / Advice thread
« on: December 06, 2010, 06:53:20 pm »
So basically, you're here to ask some advice to the community.

I'll go first, with a cornelian choice.
What would you choose between :

debugging the new Hatsune Mike program

working in a paradisiac hotel as both a network admin and waiter (includes : 3 months in Okinawa and 3 months of "going to work skiing", but also ... Japanese girls)

You choose.

Welcome Center / Where are you from ?
« on: November 28, 2010, 09:52:57 pm »
So I figured that there was no topic to tell where we were from. As Project-Imas is an international board, that'd be interesting to know where you are from and what languages you speak.

I will put all the info in this first post :)

Spoken languages : French (obviously), English, Japanese, Spanish, and some Chinese.

Mind M@ster

General chatter / The Coding Thread.
« on: December 25, 2009, 12:09:32 am »
I wonder if some of you guys are interested in coding stuff.

I'm currently learning C, it's very interesting and useful. I can make some cool things now (I'm currently working on a clone of the very first Wolfenstein).

Rules & News / Changes
« on: September 05, 2009, 01:37:30 am »
Sup people.

First of all, my apologies. I wasn't here, I'll try to give this board more time from now on, but I can't promise it.

Ryuukikun asked me to retire, and I accepted it. Thanks for all you did 'bro ! I nominated Scotty as his successor. Congrats  :D

I'll need 2 other mods in the future, but we'll see that later. If you have someone to recommend me, please PM. No self-promotion please.

Chit-chat and the karma thing were removed, due to their "corrosive" potential. Please use General chatter from now on. Mods are here to prevent you from spamming it, so please simply talk about everything nicely and respectfully.

Rules have been slightly edited, please read and accept them one more time  :)

Some changes will occur in the coming days, be prepared =)

And the last but not the least, please give us your ideas to make this board funnier and looking better. You can propose forum themes, banners, ideas, whatever. It's your forum after all =) =>,340.0.html

kore kara, yoroshiku onegaishimasu !

Make some themes, banners, whatever, or simply give me your ideas =) Please, let's make this board a site everyone here want to browse !  :)

General chatter / Aion's thread
« on: August 03, 2009, 06:06:37 am »
I'm playing the beta version of a pretty insane MMO you probably know : Aion.

Anyone's playing or willing to play it around ?

Here's some pics of my character, Allura

Pretty cute, isn't she ?

Aion is a Korean MMO by NCsoft (Lineage, Guild Wars, etc) that will soon be released in USA and Europe. You can access the beta if you preorder the game (well, it's the case in France at least).
It has amazing graphics and doesn't require a powerful computer (pretty contradictory, huh ?). The music themes are really good and the whole gameplay / quests / storlyline thing is also very interesting.

General chatter / Adult section back
« on: July 30, 2009, 10:00:57 am »
The adult section is back up. Already added some members to it, but since I don't remember the whole list I'll ask you to post here (or PM Kaminos/Yuna) to have you in.
Requirements didn't change; 50 posts, and eighteen years old.
Also, I put the mods back to their original position (which is, uh, mods).
~Yuna (too lazy to log out from Kaminos' PC)

THE iDOLM@STER / Project-imas' IMAS videos
« on: July 18, 2009, 12:16:47 am »
I recently bought a Dazzle thing to record videos from my 360.

This thread is made for the people who don't own the game but want to experience it. I propose to take commented (by my girly voice) videos of IMAS and L4U.

Is anyone interested ?

Welcome Center / Hi, again
« on: July 16, 2009, 10:45:08 am »
Well, I'm back in business  :D

I'm still a huge Xenosaga and Dead or Alive fan, I'm still collecting figures, and my eyes are still fucked up by the screen :D

Well, I'm glad to be (finally) back, and I hope you don't dislike this new forum.

Rules & News / Forum and wiki rules
« on: July 16, 2009, 01:03:02 am »
The good old rules. Please read and accept them. They have been made in order to live in a peaceful community.

Respect the other members.
Every member is equal here, so don't boss other members around. Respect their opinions, don't flame, start personal drama, and the like. Racism isn't tolerated. Please keep swearing, cussing, etc. to a minimum.
This also means respect the staff here. Impersonations, hack attempts/threats, invasion of privacy and the like do not belong here.
Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in this document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Please use the “post report” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly “act” as moderators may be warned.

Threads go in the correct forum.
This should be obvious. You can still post something if you are not sure (the moderators will move the thread if it doesn't belong in the correct forum), but please keep some common sense.

No NSFW material outside of the adult forum.
This means please don't post anything not safe for work (pornography, hentai, etc), objectionable or borderline material anywhere in the forum.
A restricted adult section is now opened where you are able to post such (see "Adult section rules" below).
Pedophilia material (ie. real child porn) is not allowed here under any circumstances.

No spamming.
Self-explanatory. Don't fill up the forums with meaningless stuff. Don't post irrelevant or redundant material in threads or forums, especially not in a short amount of time.
Other types of spam include offering hosting services (charged and free), installation services, solicitation etc.
Also, please avoid creating a new thread about a particular subject when it already exists. If you don't know, the search function is always open and works well.

No multiple forum accounts.
Please use a single account per person.

No piracy.
Don't post direct download links for material that may attract authorities (licensed music, game copies, etc), for obvious reasons. You are allowed to link to another website (this, of course, does not include file sharing websites).

No self-promotion.
Creating a thread with the sole purpose of promoting your blog or website is not tolerated. But you can always set those in your profile and/or your signature.

English only.
This forum is an english-speaking one, so please refrain from creating threads and posts in other languages. And try to keep your posts from being unintelligible and ensure they can be easily read.
Because of the nature of the subject, in some cases, you'll have to use Japanese; this is, of course, tolerated.

Keep your avatars & signatures safe.
Don't make NSFW material your avatar or your signature.

These rules also apply to the Wiki.
Every case will be treated accordingly; in any event, breaking the rules or pissing off the staff in any way will either get you warned or banned.

Adult section rules
A restricted adult section is now opened. There you can post all kinds of pictures, doujins, etc. containing NSFW stuff. It is hidden for members by default.
You need to be over 18 years old and to have a minimum of activity on the forum or the wiki (at least 50 non-spam forum posts; maybe less if you worked on the wiki) to access it. Spamming to get this amount will most likely get you banned, so please avoid that.
Once you have these, if you want access, do send either Yunabeco or Kaminos a PM where you confirm you are over 18 years old. If you have helped in completing the wiki, do notify us at that time.

General guidelines
  • The moderation team reserves the right to edit, remove or put on moderation queue any post, at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to the staff.
  • If you see a thread/post that doesn't step up to the rules above, you can report it by using the yellow icon on the top right of a post, with a reason, which will notify all administrators and moderators. Please don't abuse this function.
  • If you are quoting a post, it is recommended to change the quotation itself to something small, especially if you're quoting huge posts.
  • In case you have a problem with another member, please don't flame about it on the forum. You can contact said member through private messages or report it to a moderator/administrator.
  • Remember you can edit your own posts and delete your new posts in case you accidentally posted twice.

Rules & News / New board and new beginning
« on: July 16, 2009, 12:59:00 am »
Hi there people.

Long time no see, huh ?
Our host, Mavenhosting, lost a part of our data, including most part of the previous forums. I regret this as long as we (well, all of you) succeeded in creating a real community. We still have a small part of the board, but I (and only I) decided not to bring it back.
The reason ? I, Yunabeco and the mods have seen the atmosphere had gone pretty bad. Maybe that I am the most responsible for this, as far as I wasn't present. I know this is not an excuse, but as far as the school and my personal life are concerned, this year was quite tough for me, and I didn't have time to take care of the forums. But this time is over.

Starting from today, Yunabeco and I are back. Please take this as a new beginning, and I'm truly sorry for the data loss. But I assume nothing can be done about this. Fortunately, the wiki is still here and complete, so that most of the interesting IMAS data is still present.

I will also make sure that the atmosphere gets better. I'll ask Yuna and the mods to be stricter but yet friendly from now on. Please report any post that you think break one of the (slightly) new rules, and we'll make sure to solve the problem. The first thing I would like you to do is to READ, ACCEPT and RESPECT the rules. If some things are bothering you about them, please PM me and we'll discuss about it.

Once again, we're here to have fun and share about IMAS.

Please welcome this new version like the first one.
