A re-run of Puchim@s! is being subbed in as a last-minute replacement for the postponed Rage of Bahamut: Manaria Friends over in Japan.

With the third season of Miss Monochrome - The Animation recently wrapped up, and a new iOS/Android game on the way for Hocchan's virtual idol, I was wondering if there was any interest for all things black-and-white here.

Blanc's game is out this week over in Japan, and a new trailer has been posted for it.

It almost looks as if VanillaWare also think that Takane is from someplace else...

(Doubly so if Hara Yumi ends up being a part of that project.)

Apologies if this has been noted on the boards already; but Gematsu are reporting that the iOS version of the game(/app?) has already topped four million downloads.

A music video has been posted for the OP from Blanc's game.

EDIT: A pic of Blanc's LE figurine has been posted, along with sample audio clips from a pre-order bonus CD:

A couple of gameplay clips have been posted.

(Is there any way to embed videos on this forum, or has that been disabled?)

EDIT: And a third, too.

Yet more info on places to go, and mini-games to play:

Ara... I guess I need to be more careful next time.

In other news, IFI are localizing Victory II in 2016 as Megadimension Neptunia VII.

And a PV has been posted for one of three new collaboration DLC characters for VII in Japan: Million Arthur-chan.

Plus, a vote is being held for the crossover game to decide which "half" gets a bonus... something or other:

It's been pronounced that way since the unit was introduced.
I think they chose the word just to mean 'foremost' or 'best' or 'premier'  from its Latin meaning, and I'm sure any irony associated with the name is lost on the Japanese.

The Japanese dubs or productions I was thinking of referred to "Primus" as プライマス (Puraimasu) - I wasn't aware that there different transliterations of the Latin word in katakana.

And of course, since that Primus belongs to a rival company's IP, I doubt that Bandai Namco would have deliberately chosen to use the name with that reference in mind. I was thinking more of how things have gone in the show, with Triad Primus being used to upset the Cinderella Project's apple cart...

I was surprised to hear them pronounce Primus as "Puriimasu" instead of "Puraimasu" in the show. Has it always been pronounced that way in  this franchise?

(Speaking of Primus, I can't imagine that He would appreciate the irony of His name being shared with a group whose creation is aimed at sowing discord...)

The latest update covers that key component of any RPG worth its salt - shopping!

EDIT: TX at TGS 2015:

Set in a manifestation of Gamindustri where Sega... er, Planeptune's status as a console and handheld manufacturer is alive and well, the Hyperdimension Neptunia series has grown from one stand-alone PS3 title to no less than twelve* inter-connected games on the PS3, Vita, PS4, and on Steam.

Whiile nine Nepgames have been localized thus far, threetwo remain to be brought over from Japan: Victory II on PS4 was recently announced for the West as Megadimension Neptunia VII, while Blanc's game on Vita, and the Neptunia/SeHa Girls crossover game (also on Vita) await to be localized.

And of course, there is an Im@s connection here also - if you can "Imagine" who voices Noire/Black Heart/Next Black... and who Noire has cosplayed as in the anime.

*Yes, really.

You mean Haruka Yamazaki? There's a page on the official site where she says a few words about her character, Mitsuki Hokuto.
