I agree with you guys, it feels like they skipped right over the mainline Im@s straight to the "console game that uses the first games assets but is more laid back". Like they skipped 2 and went straight to OFA as the flagship game or something.

Hopefully when/if we do get a proper Im@s3 it has the changes/additions they usually bring to a new mainline entry.

The trophy completion ration doesn't mean much 3 days after the game's release...
Oh, yeah. I know it hasnt been that long but Im@s 2's fastest completions are like just over a day and OFA's is just over 2 days so seeing all the 0%'s on bronze trophies had me going like "what???? no way"

General question about the game: How's the difficulty level for those of you who can't read Japanese? I know it plays more like OFA (which was SUPER easy) but reading all this stuff about P-drops and seeing the trophy completion rate is making me nervous.

I'm kind of regretting my decision to try and go into it more blind haha

My biggest issue with the game is the lack on unique costumes. I'm still fucking salty, what the hell were they thinking.

The audio doesn't get muted but the video quality isn't very good
The audio quality is totally fine though
Wow I'm surprised Scamco allowed that considering how tough they usually are. That's pretty cool.

Derived products, CD albums & anime / Full nendoroids are on the way!

Good Smile Company & Co have seen booming success with the IDOLM@STER line recently, with everything from scaled figures to figmas to Nendoroid Petit sets and pretty much everything in between. So of course Nendoroid announcements were only a matter of time… but they sure held out for a while! I guess they wanted a nice buildup of anticipation.

We have (finally) the announcement for three girls: Miki Hoshii, Chihaya Kisaragi, and Haruka Amami. Pretty much the ones you’d expect! Based on sales popularity I assume Hibiki will be joining them soon, and I am very much hoping for an Azusa.

Get hype.

iirc Haruka gives the arm band and Miki gives the cat bell collar. I know the arm band was like the last accessory I got and Haruka was the last one I beat the game with so I thought it was her but I'm not totally sure, Miki i'm more positive with though.

Can anyone explain how to pre register for sidem because I THINK I may have did it but I, frankly, have no idea what I'm doing so.

In summer 2014 a free online update will release which includes the following.
"Adding more morning greeting commus"
"No producer rank limit"
"Adding more higher difficulty jobs"
"Adding quintet live jobs"
"Adding more shop items"

New shop items? Does this mean like clothing/accessories or does it refer to the amulets and things that help you out? I hope it's more new clothing because I just collected all the items yesterday and I'm pretty disappointed with the extends tbh. Too many school uniforms.

Speaking of extends I really like the new DLC outfit, I'm a sucker for cute things like this and i'm a sucker for costumes that have different colors for different idols so it's a double win for me. Probably won't get it though, at least not until I hopefully get a job in the near future.

What ind of impact do different outfits have on our stats? is it dependent on the leader or is it some weird factors?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I read somewhere here that having an A1 (level 35) idol will get you enough SP to learn everything on the skill board.

But, my A1 (level 23) leader currently has 34 SP, so by maxing her level at 35 (1 SP per level) she will have 46 SP.  However, I need about 112 SP to learn everything else from the skill board.

Am I understanding this wrong?
they get bundles of SP from ranking up as well, so you get more SP outside of simply leveling up. I don't know the exact numbers or anything.

Mine's "Galaxy". I considered have a jumble of upper and lower case letters or something to make it seem less westerny but left it as is.

I was wondering do we have confirmation that repeated uses gets a song to gold or is it still up in the air?
