Oh! I love doing that. It's one of my hobbies too, harhar. It's fun.

Good luck! Tell me if I can help out.

It'll probably take me a while to get the money in the first time, if there's one announced for the PS3 by that time I'll definitely save my money.

That's a good point.  While you save, you might want to wait and see what's in store this year for Im@s before making any purchases.  Also since you have Perfect Sun, how much time have you invested into the game?  If you've only casually played it, then you might not want to get the regular version of the game since it's just more of the same, only more harder.
Yayoi is now Rank B on my second playthrough, almost A...

Then again I had no clue what I was doing on my first playthrough and only got to about rank D. But I've definitely got the hang of it, I think. If I was a casual player I probably wouldn't be considering importing and spending all of this money. ;)

Hmm, I'm weird like that. I honestly am pretty big on graphics, and it would be nice to be able to produce Miki..

I honestly don't have anything else I really want. I'm kind of stubborn, if I put my mind to something I won't give up until it's complete. If I don't save my money with something I really want in mind I'll end up spending it all on something even more stupid than an Xbox360 with two working games.

Ooh, okay I get it. Would it still be tough for me to figure out even though I have Perfect Sun? I'll definitely have to get the regular one. I'll probably end up with L4U one way or another, though. ;)

So, Idolm@ster is the one with all the communications and whatnot, white L4U is mainly for the auditions and stuff?

What's the difference between The Idolm@ster and The Idolm@ster: Live for you! ?

And if I were to get one, which one should it be? I plan on importing a Japanese 360, saving up the money for it and should hopefully have enough for it by Summer. I might end up getting both of them, but which one first, assuming I don't get them both?

Yeah, thanks.

It always changes..

For me right now it's positive, a couple weeks ago it was Watashi wa Idol, before that it was Star to Star, before that it was Kiramekirari, and before that it was Do Dai. And everyone of course loves GO MY WAY!!.

May I contribute to the pictures? :D

^My favorite outfit on Miki^

It's really hard to find brown-haired Miki...

I personally like her hair blonde, although the brown hair is growing on me.

Ahh, sorry that I abandoned you guys. Had some other stuff I needed to sort out, never got around to coming back here before now.

Thanks everyone, I actually got my game from Play-Asia.

I'm sure I'll have no issues surviving here, I'm a member of many other forums and they are very... Well, they're the internet.

Anyways, I made a welcome topic, left, but now I'm back! :D

Hi. Uh... I'm CherryEverlasting. I heard about idolm@ster one day when I was searching through my recommendations on Youtube. I watched this video of a Yayoi edit singing some random song, and I thought it was adorable. I'm a sucker for high pitched anime girls. Anyways, one video led to another and I really got into idolm@ster.

Personal Info:

Real Name: Ashley
Sex: Female
Country of Origin: USA
Age (upon joining): 14
Hobbies: Hmm... Well, I like to do graphic design, and write stories I suppose.

Q: How did you come across this site?
A: Searching about idolm@ster through google.

Q: Why did you join this site?
A: I've been looking for a site just about idolm@ster that I could talk to others with.

Q: Do you play it?
A: Yes. I own Perfect Sun. :D

Q: Who is your fave idol?
A: I like Yayoi, Ami & Mami, and Miki the most.

Q: Why is your username "CherryEverlasting"?
A: I made this username when I was pretty young. At the time we'd just finished reading "Tuck Everlasting".

Q: What are you in to right now?
A: ...Idolm@ster? I just got my copy of my game a few days ago, so yeah.

Q: What is your motto?
A: Attack life, it's going to kill you anyway. -- Steven Coallier

=== Other Stuff ===

My limited Japanese is a problem when it comes to these games. xD. But, they're really not too hard to play, even with my level of Japanese. It's those darn Kanji that make the problems! Haha.

And hopefully after I make this post I won't get too freaked out. I'm extremely self conscious online, as dumb as that sounds. I'm trying to get over my stupid little fear of people judging me on the internet, though.
