Title: Possible bug?
Post by: Kyo on September 18, 2010, 08:23:59 am
I've been encountering some strange things with the text box when making a new post these past few days. The scroll bar will start to act up if there's more than a box's height worth of text.

Basically, I'm not able to see what I'm typing past the initial message as the scroll bar will automatically scroll upwards to keep the initial text in view. Not really sure how to explain it, but that's the gist of it.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

My postings working just fine. Are you sure your computer's scroll function isn't just acting up.

Working perfectly for me. Is it just a 'happens once in a while' thing?

It's happening all the time for me. Scanned my computer, and it seems to be clean.

Strangely, it's only a problem on this site.

Well, I did have to manually remove a worm a few days ago, maybe there's something else I missed.

You two, browers and version? That might help narrow it down.

For what it's worth, no problems with Firefox 3.6.10, WinXP 32-bit. I think it's the latest update. Also, knowing what this board runs might be good, if it's different from other forums you frequent.

Huh, how about that. I guess the problem's not limited to me.

Okay, I'll try it when I get home later. I'm actually on the computer in the office, maybe it could be the problem. Also, I probably never noticed it on my home computer since I haven't logged on from there in days.

Now I have a problem. For some reason after some forum files were lost I can't post any pictures. All it says is the uploader folder is too full. And I made sure the pictures don't have that much room. (about 50 KB or lower)
