Interesting thing I found with the Colorful Days concert.  Sorry, if this is already well-known or already mentioned.

It seems that the leader winks whenever her image color is called out during the song.  For example, when I had Chihaya as the leader, she winked when everyone said blue.  I knew this couldn't be a coincidence.

So, I tried having Miki as the leader, and she winked when green was called out during the song.

Just something I learned that I never knew about all this time.

EDIT:  The other idols wink when their color is sung, not just the leader.

Derived products, CD albums & anime / Idolm@ster 10th Anthology Comic

Sorry, for asking a dumb question, but what is this?

Yes, the price looks "interesting".

The Wiki mentions an old Anthology Comic that came out way back during the arcade era, and I think it was just a collection of short manga skits.

So, I'm assuming this is going to be the same thing?

Just curious, will this anthology manga just show 765pro, or will the spin-offs be included? (I guess it might be hard to tell)

It looks appealing because I like the cover art, so I hope the actual manga art will be just as good.

THE iDOLM@STER / Guides for Gameplay and Communications
« on: October 07, 2015, 06:30:42 am »
Sorry, I didn't want to start a new topic.  I've been wanting to play Im@s 1 (and record communications/story), but it's difficult trying to find a way without spending too much money since I need a JP Xbox 360.  Seems like Namco will never port this game to the PS3.

But, I'll keep trying.  In the mean time I've been checking out some guides.

For gameplay is this guide okay or is there something better?

For communications, there's a link in the above guide where someone lists communication videos (each idol has a ton of communications, more than I expected).  It seems good since I checked some of Chihaya's videos and there were perfect communications.  I was wondering if it's sufficient or is there something better?

EDIT:  The person below has many Im@s communication videos.  Though, I'm disappointed he's missing a bunch of Chihaya's videos.

I don’t know why I started on this.  I’ve never done one of these before.  But, I guess it was kind of fun since I don’t have a whole lot of games or animes that I like.  I honestly don’t expect anyone to like this.

Please read the disclaimers
1.   I’m NOT a writer.  So, my writing and grammar is terrible.

2.   This is full of clichés and bad ideas.  So, read at your own discretion.

3.   I might add certain things not found in Idolm@ster.  Like new characters and different background story.

4.   I wanted to use the posts to upload my chapters since it’s more convenient to edit them. I frequently change things to make them better.

5.   The Producer's name is Sabr.

6.    Sabr and I share a lot in common in terms of our personality and talents.

7.   You’re welcome to comment, give suggestions, or point out any obvious flaws especially with my grammar.

8.   The stories are pretty much all about Chihaya since (Yes, I know I said this a million times) she’s my most favorite woman in the world.  If you would like to see why I’m in love with her, then check the link below to find a previous post that I made not too long ago.

I realized it’s been 3 years since I joined, but I never made an intro.  So, here it is.  Sorry, for being late.  And thanks for those that put up with me for all those years.

Q: How did you get into Idolm@ster?
It’s a long story.  It started way back in 2011 when Idolm@ster 2 was just released on Xbox 360.  Around the same time one of the anime news sites I visited had an article about the anime that was coming out.   I was curious and checked out a couple of concerts gameplay videos.  The songs and dance really amazed me, and some of the idols were very pretty like Miki.  However, I was still hesitant since it seemed like one of those visual novels or harem animes where it’s kind of boring especially with wimpy, lame male characters.

That’s when I discovered about Touma and Team Jupiter.  I was like finally I get to see some cool, tough male characters, and I really liked them.  So, my decision to give the anime a try was because of Team Jupiter, and I still highly respect them even until this day even though they moved on to SideM.

When I watched the anime, I wasn’t too impressed by it.  That changed until ep 13 when the idols performed Rest@rt.  I was amazed at the animated dance choreography and I remember replaying that video clip for an hour straight.  The anime got a little bit better, and I became interested in Chihaya after her episodes (though I really hated the producer for being lame, weak, and not doing much for Chihaya when compared to the game).  After the anime I decided to play Idolm@ster 2 PS3.  I chose Chihaya since I’ve seen story gameplay videos and loved the story and romance with her.  Since then, I became an Idolm@ster fan and eventually played OFA.  I also played Shiny Festa on the iphone, but I really didn’t like it.

Q: Who’s your favorite idol woman in the world?
Chihaya.  Especially post-character development.   I love her looks, voice, and personality (she’s mature but is loving/caring while being awkwardly cute).  I still yet have to give a full explanation.

Full Explaination Here,25.msg61375.html#msg61375

Q: What’s your unit name?
Nemurihime.  It was named after the Idolm@ster 2 manga with the same name.  Coincidently, my unit is the same as the manga, which consist of Chihaya (leader), Miki, and Haruka.  Nemurihime is also the name of the song she sings in the anime during her episode.

Q: Why is your user name mariokirby?
Both Mario and Kirby were my favorite childhood franchises, and I still love them even until now.   When I was a kid I would annoy my parents since I begged them to buy a game or toy from Mario or Kirby.  Of course, the answer 99% of the time was “No!”  So, I learned to do chores for people and saved money.

Q: What does Hiiii mean?
My username is a hint.

Q: What games do you play?
Here a list of games I currently own.  It should get you an idea on other franchises that I like.

-Idolm@ster One for All
-Metal Gear Rising: Revengence
-Final Fantasy XV Demo

Wii U
-Mario Kart 8
-Super Smash Bros. Wii U
I also liked Ninja Gaiden II (Xbox360), but I no longer own that console.  I also played lot of JP fighting games and JRPGs.

What are your favorite animes?

I watched a lot of good animes especially from Crunchyroll.  Below are those that I imported the blu-rays.
-2011 Idolm@ster + Movie + Shiny Festa OVAs (I honestly think the anime is average.  I just bought it to support Idolm@ster)
-Free! (Both Seasons)
What are your favorite mangas?

The only manga I read mostly is Idolm@ster related. I imported…
-Idolm@ster mana (based off the anime)
-Colorful Days
-Idolm@ster Fight!! Vol 1

Didn't want make a new topic, but I wanted to know where this skit came from?

or if you can't watch it there

I know the anime had Omake skits pertaining to each episode, but I don't think this skit was part of it.  It must be a separate skit or something.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask.

Anyways, How are people posting pictures in the Character Topics?  Are they using the attachment?  Because everytime I use the attachment to attach a picture, the next screen says error even though the picture is below 192 KB.

THE iDOLM@STER 2 / Mistakes in the Online Guide
« on: October 30, 2012, 03:05:36 am »
I found some mistakes in the Guide, and I was wondering if there is anyone that can change or correct it.

One mistake I found is the Promotion for Chihaya  is the event called

Top 50

For Choice 3, the touching scene, the Online Guide says (Touch) Head → Mouth → Chest (centre).
However, This will NOT give you a perfect communication.

For the Perfect Communication you have do this,(Touch)  Neck -> mouth -> chest (center)

And here is the proof,
Go to 4:40, where the touching scene starts.

Is there anyone that can correct this on the Online Guide?

THE iDOLM@STER 2 / Idolm@ster 2 Translation
« on: May 18, 2012, 11:09:40 pm »
Do you think that if we all contributed money for the Translation of Idolmaster 2, someone will get motivated to translate it?  Since translating a game can take while, maybe if we payed the person to translate by using our PAYPAL accounts or something, that person will get motivated to translate since they are getting payed.

Do people really share DLC Songs or downloaded other peoples' DLC Songs?  Has there been anybody in the past that either shared their DLC Song or Downloaded other peoples' DLC Songs.

THE iDOLM@STER 2 / So why are there 2 concerts is Week 3?
« on: May 13, 2012, 12:13:21 am »
Okay.  So I am at week 3 and I am going to go to the Debut or Auditions.  I did the part where you have to time pressing Trangle, Sqaure, and Circle.  However right afterwards I am taken to another concert where you don't press triangle, square, circle, but you can still press X and you will do some poses and if you press L1 (not R1 in the previous concert) you will do a burst.  What purpose does that second concert serve?
