Sorry to double post, but I've started making Motivational Posters myself. Here's six that I've made:
A Wandaba Style one. The image used is from Minitokyo.
An iDolm@ster Xenoglossia one. The image used is from animethemes.net.
One about Sunflorazumarill. The image used was made by StarGirl.
Another Wandaba Style one. The image used is from jp.learnoutlive.com. BTW, here's Episode 1 (i don't know if the link will work) for you to see to make the Motivational Poster's point. ;D
A Touhou/Dream Club one. The image used is from Zerochan.
A Fortune Arterial one. The image used is from sarahsanimeworld.blogspot.com.

Sorry I'm a spelling/grammar nazi but you spelled Himawari wrong in your motivational poster, Sunflorazumarill-san XD Not to mention you should probably use unobstructed pictures in these.
