If 9's the only one that stumped you, you're doing stellar XD I think I might know what it is, but I couldn't find an actual audio/video of the song in question, so I didn't put it at risk of losing a point D:

I didn't get #15 either. Everything else was pretty much a piece of cake. Something tells me I probably have one or both songs too. I'm gonna cry if I do.

If my knowledge of the music in that video is average, I think you could afford to take the risk and enter the songs if you think you've got them XD I think I couldn't answer 4 of them (#9 and #15 included XDD)
