It's an eyepatch with a heart like thing on it. The game is Hokago Custom Time (NSFW) and this is my custom evil Haruka.

In all seriousness though, it's not out of line for girls to wear the same accessory every single day. Eventually they might get worn out or the color would fade and then she might just buy the same brand from her favorite store.

Considering how fashion trends go, I would think if you didn't stock up on em, you wouldn't be able to buy them once they went out of style. I have this problem with eyeglass frames, clothing, everything.

That makes total sense, now that I actually think about it. Ribbons aren't the kind of accessory that would take a lot of abuse. Well, maybe because Haruka trips so much they would...
