I believe it's called an ahoge. In English, cowlick is the closest word. XD

I'm with you on that ^__^ He looks soo good with the ahoge! But his whole hairstyle is great! :D It suits him!
But sometimes... he remembers me one character of the Harvest Moon game for the Wii... (Tree of Tranquility and Animal Parade... I say only one name: Chase!)
