It may be a way of Ryo making himself feel better after his luck-with-the-opposite-gender thing and being forcibly crossdressed by Ricchan. Or Ricchan's way of getting him to feel better (or tease him) about all the crossdressing he's been through. Opinions will vary.
One thing I learned about making a story, is that you gotta make a question in it, and leave it unanswered. Why? So people will keep talking about it.
