Kuroi loathes at the thought of working in the same way as Takagi in SP, so he didn't assign a producer to Project Fairy.
If it's the same Kuroi we all know and love it'd probably be the same for Jupiter; winning on your own strength is everything, losers GTFO.

I agree with BT2, though, maybe Kuroi doesn't assign his idols a producer because he doesn't want to work the same way as Takagi. But who knows. I think it's more fun with Kuroi as the 961 president and the producer anyways, because you gotta love Kuroi and his antics... XD

Isn't the pouf-thing made of feathers? Cat tails for cosplay and other cutesy stuff look more like giant pipe cleaners...

Besides, the side of one's belt is a rather unfortunate place for a tail \XD

He meant in the top left picture, you can see the brown portions of tail behind Touma.
