I get it. It seems a bit of a cynical view though. Although I will agree, that adult pair and cat are particularly annoying. You would think after years and years of  failure, they would just realize they can't win. Give it up already. I also find it annoying that considering how often they show up, those around them still get fooled by their ridiculous disguises. The most they put on is a wig and glasses. They don't go out of their way to disguise their faces. AND WHAT IS WITH THAT MOTTO OF THEIRS!!! They might have actually won if they would just swipe and run, but NOOOO! They have to do that motto and give the good guys time to take back what was stolen. YOU GUYS STINK AT FIGHTING! YOU CAN'T WIN! Either steal and bolt or don't bother doing it at all! If you have to keep it up, ditch the hot air balloon. It's slow for one, and it blows up easily for another. I'm surprised you aren't dead from all the times you got sent flying. And how do you keep finding the money for all those overly elaborate and expensive looking machines? Don't you think that for all the time, money, and effort you put into your stealing, you could have just trained your own and gotten one even stronger than the kids? Does your idiocy know no bounds!? SEND YOU FLYING ISN"T EVEN ENTERTAINING ANYMORE. It's just a common routine now. Walk along; You show up and steal; your motto, what was stolen is taken back; you get blown to next tuesday. LEAVE THE KID ALONE! One of these days someone is going to have their fill and do something drastic. GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN! FLEEEEE!!!! Do it or I'll tell a legendary you said mean things about it and get it to bite you.

Wow. I guess I kinda ranted there a bit. Sorry for the ranting. I've been holding this back a bit and I got a little carried away.
