I mean Ash and friends are the most annoying characters in the series.
(on a side note...does anyone notice how violent it's become? Officer Jenny nailing crooks with bowling balls, people dying, some guy commits suicide...jeez)

It used to be real. The first season was the best. It just started going downhill after that. I'm starting to think, they're just trying to keep the series alive. The first series and the first movie managed to do something the later ones have failed to do, make me cry. What with Ash's butterfree and what happenned with mewtwo vs mew. I actually cried.

Although the translation gets much better as the series progresses.
Except I never understood Wobbuffet until I saw the Japanese version. ソーナンス! I get it now! :-[

I realize it may not be all that logical to rant about such a show, but since when does logic apply to angry rants? I've heard a number of angry rants, and the majority of them are so full of holes. Anyone remember the ranting Swede?
