They didn't "kinda just copy" it, it's the same track XD
As one of my friends pointed out, it's not very surprising since the game has Ami's and Mami's voices as one track, but...I thought that was horribly disappointing. They couldn't just have Asapon sing the song twice, and call one version Ami's and one Mami's? :\

Oh look it's a two minute version of Lovely. Sounds like an anime opening, but so do most of the MA2 songs XD; I just realized Azusa has never had a "cute" song like this.
