I think there's rules, restrictions, and a bunch of other things behind it.  I've bought and downloaded Animelo's 2009 Theme Song (Re-bridge - Return to Oneself), so it's not completely out of the question...  I think Bonnie Pink's Ring A Bell is also on iTunes (which served as USToV OP).

In the end, it's probably up to Columbia (or the microsoft thing)...

I just glanced over it but it appears the form is the same questions as Iori and Ami's.

Also the release date for Ami and Iori's is now 5/25; Azusa and Ritsuko's is 6/22.
