I haven't seen Asura Cryin' but I have seen Steins;Gate. Steins;Gate is pretty darned good, but I wouldn't know if Asura Cryin' is even better.

I can only remember the opening and ending music. The opening music is good, and the ending music is amazing.

I believe Steins;Gate is not about music and songs, unless you're referring to it's opening and ending song. hmm... that's funny, I can remember the Op but I can't remember the Ed song.
I'm gonna check on youtube for a sec...
 lol I think I like the ed song more

iirc, the op song had many parodies :v

Possibly. If the OST were really good, I think I would remember it. Also, I'd remember it if it were really bad.

why don't you just watch it, lol, maybe 3 or 4 eps although you still won't get what steins;gate is all about if watch below13eps(cmiiw)

Steins;Gate requires a bit of dedication to get through the first parts of it, but it gets interesting at around episode 12 in my opinion.  It currently stands as one of my favorite anime.
