@Harrason: Yeah I see that now. lol

I should go back to my sources. XD

EDIT: Since they're airing it on Animax, I decided to give Bleach a chance. Might watch Welcome to the NHK since they'll be airing it there as well in January.

Ok, I was stopping by this thread a millennium ago, and mentioned that I was watching Haruka 2nd season. I was even drawing some parallels with Haruka game. But then I understood I had tons of other things to do (like im@s and Dream C Club translations) and left the show at episode 2. Then a few days ago I remembered that episode 12 should be the last one, so I made an effort to watch episodes 3 to 11 in those few days to keep up with the schedule.
I was taking screenshots while watching so I feel like sharing them with you here.

At episode 4 I couldn’t pass by the scene of Haruka “healing” Yuuto. I figured that I might try to cut out 2 minutes of this episode and replace the audio for the piece. Here’s what I got

~Purezza~ 04 - Yuuto's hard day's night
http://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/gr5g6i

I also learned of a new term – a tsungire.
Upon checking google I found this definition
「ツンデレの派生語。普段はツン状態だが、本来デレ状態になるべきところでさらに理不尽な切れ方をする」
A derivative of 'tsundere.' Under normal circumstances the switch it set in 'tsun' position. But even in situations when the switch goes to ‘dere’ mode it can suddenly go back to ‘tsun’ for an unknown reason.

Mika is preparing a mikuji (fortune-telling) for Yuuto.

«Big luck. A chance for love. You'll feel good alone with Haruka».

Holding Haruka in the arms.

And they say Dream C Club is an overly etchi game. It doesn’t come anywhere near the second season of Haruka in terms of fanservice.

Haruka moe~

Haruka reminded me Sakura here. And I’m not talking about Kinomoto, I’m talking about Shinguuji. Here, she has a kimono and a remarkable hairstyle with ribbons.

Surely I understand this is a traditional garment but it kind of brings back the memories of the time when my Japanese was at zero level and I tried my first game in Japanese.

At episode 7 Shiina got a huge bit of Yuuto, almost comparable in size to that of Haruka.

Then I noticed that the Japanese can be very conservative at certain things. What sane person would listen to the music at 128k compression when most people went from mp3s back to cds.
It’s the same case as to why Japanese still use Win XP and type the text using the notepad.

My cell-phone, my squid.

Shiina *love*

Then here's why Russians will never live like Japanese.

Even though this is a cartoon you can clearly see that the place is neat. Though this residential buildings are notorious for very low ceilings and 9 sq meter rooms. I remember when Sudzuki-sensei visited my place he said my apartment was huge compared to an average Japanese one. (My apartment is around 120 sq. m in total and we have 4 people here).

Ep.8
ロリいっぱい

ZOMG! They're gonna go it.

Ep.9.
Haruka mimicking Mika is pure win.

As is Haruka-Gento.

Haruka is a skilled player. I wonder when she finds time for practicing assuming her super-tight schedule.

I wasn't scared!

The Ferris wheel at daytime…

…and at night. Looks very cool.

Episode 9.
Haruka passed the preliminaries. Welcome to im@s.

For those of you who don't follow the latest updates at my site I'm happy to announce that I got a Japanese Xbox 360 and now I'm heavily into im@s thing. Getting the console cost me a really huge sum of money but that was absolutely worth it. After so many years I’m finally a happy owner of a Round Box.

Episode 10 and 11

And this is the real Budokan.

Learning that Miran is actually Ruko, or Nabatame Hirome came like a revelation to me.
Honestly, it was very surprising to see how Haruka show turned into im@s. I’ve noticed somebody mentioned While Album here as a reference. Unfortunately I didn’t watch this anime so I don’t know a thing about it. But for me Miran looks very much like Iori-san, even though she's not Kugimiya. And Kugimiya here appeared as Tennoji Toka, slightly overdoing it, IMO.

For those of you who happened to watch the show.

Episode 12.

Spoilers.

My personal opinion is that there's little chance for the 3rd season because otherwise the plot should be like that Shiina pushes Haruka away and steals Yuuto from her. That is, kidnaps him. Then to be independent they should go to the US, rob a bank and settle in Mexico. They could also try to rob a Japanese bank but I didn’t see a single Japanese movie about bank robberies.

Well, my brother got me the 舞-乙-HiME complete DVD collection for Christmas, and I must say that it is a very entertaining anime. It's not perfect, but in my opinion, it's really good. I love it.

I know the Iron Eyes will guide me!

And still it doesn’t come quite close. Just look at the bath scenes again and come back here. Or what about Yuuto's hard day's night?
Dream Club IS etchi and a lot of dialogues are pretty suggestive. BUT Haruka also has all this, it shows people drinking. Not just drinking, but drinking heavily. Plus it’s all shown quite explicitly.

This is milk, this is not what you think.

By the way, I liked  愛しきHero, it’s a nice song. Thanks for the links. I’m thinking to get back to playing Dream Club once I make Miki a super idol (Miki's staying with 765 Pro, btw).

Give Dream Club another month or so, I'm sure it'll come out with even more ecchi DLC.

(Maybe if 765Pro could afford to pay more idols Miki would have stayed. How that building can pay its electric bill every month is beyond me. 961Pro offers only the best.)

If you mean that Iori was paid 3000 yen for 2 months of work then indeed it was quite bad. However Miki was hired at much better terms as far as I can see.

By the way, you have something to do with this, right?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gq52aDHf0Yw

I think Miki is quite happy with everything. We’ve got a cool president who you can drag along the running lane.

Speaking of PSP. This looks like one big mistake (did you say steak?) of graphics.

I can’t say anything but “er…”

True Miki –

The famous skyscraper at daytime

And at night

Can’t wish for more.

Er, not siding with Nick or anything of the sort, but you kinda got the thread off-topic.

Well, to get it on track now, I plan to continue watching Shugo Chara (still haven't reached 2nd season), and still struggling on Bleach. Waiting on whatever I might like that's coming my way.
