Just preordered mine too.  Was thinking of using that money for some Microsoft Points cards, but seeing how I'd be dumping $50 just for Change!!, Change 2 My Colour, and Jibun REST@RT, I decided the nendos would be better worth my money.

As of February 29, 01:57 UTC, 3,210 JPY translates to roughly $39.80 USD.  Take into account the shipping costs too, depending on which shipping option you decide to choose.

Makoto, Chihaya, Haruka, and Takane are the important ones in this box for me.  Kinda hoping the 7th figure will be Yukiho.

The price refers to the whole box set.  If you buy them separately, they should be about 500 JPY (though they aren't available for individual purchase/preorder at the moment).

Shipping through amiami requires EMS I believe. For something like this it would come to about 20 or so dollars.

After release, Mandarake usually ends up with some single which you can obtain from anywhere between 300-1000 yen based on which character/costume.

There's been no official announcement on what the other boxes will contain yet so we might be in suspense...I mean other than the remaining official characters.

Although I have this feeling that perhaps 876 or Jupiter will get puchis as well. Seeing as Project Fairy recieved puchis.
