What would you rather have announced?
Scotty:
Well? I mean, some of us would like a nice anime adaption. Sans robots.
Others would like a PC version to mod the hell out of. But What would you ultimately want announced?
Benpc91:
A true sequel, of course. At this point, I don't even care which console they'll put it on.
Raestloz:
The last thing I can ask of NAMCO is to get a PC port, even only for the first game (no, not arcade, the first for XBOX).
I mean, getting an XBOX 360 just for iM@S is kinda "not awesome". I don't really care about mods, being able to play it without the 360 is enough
RoninatorMarx:
My opinion only, I don't see how a sequel for iM@S will work (unless they make new idols for that). They could make it like an alternate universe where the Producer and <insert idol you want to play through here> decided to not part ways at the last event and work together on her career, but with the chance of Hibiki and Takane appearing (and not being in a playthrough similar to the first 360 version), this idea's probably gonna get scrapped.
An anime true to the nature of the game is the closest thing in those choices that I want. In these days, if it's an anime, it'll bound to be popular. And when people find that it was based off a game in Japan, we'll finally probably get enough people to move Namco and get your region-free games. Oh, and if the anime's gonna be as I imagined it, all fallacies about iM@S will finally close down on its own.
