I first heard of Idolmaster from one of those banner ads at Play Asia advertising it. I thought about it for a bit, and was leaning back and forth about whether or not to try it, but at the time I decided not to get it. Something about not being that much of a loser or something.
A few months later (maybe even the next month), one of my friends called me and told me how awesome it was that Idolmaster was getting its own mecha anime. So, with the knowledge that Namco Bandai obviously knew how to cater to their audience and made a conscious effort to do so, I decided I'd give it a try, the first play being my friend's 360 copy that he bought a few months (I think) after he told me about the anime. I've been an Azusa fan ever since.
So, maybe a half year later, I find out Chiaki Takahashi was coming to Chicago. I took this time to get a copy of Missing Moon, which I got signed, and a PSP (unfortunately an Asian version and not a Japanese version, but I didn't realize it until later), which also got signed. One of my friends got the completely and totally awesome idea of getting her a huge birthday card and we ran around the convention getting signatures and... gave it to the staff to give to her at her birthday party later (they really looked ready to jump us the moment we stepped out of the elevator and on to the staff floor). Walking around with the card actually kinda strange, because I actually walked in her panel with the envelope containing her card, which was totally ripped and exposed on one side (the envelope, that is). I still managed to keep the exposed side from her... I think.
This was probably the highlight of my otaku life. I should've also gotten a Chia pet for her, though, because that would have been funny.
Recently, I've got my own producer card (took me three tries to get my name right, with the timer and looking for kanji), and scored some limited edition merchandise along with the rest of the games (and the accompanying systems) and a few CDs (wants more), just about all the manga except Break and Puchimas (really regretting that one)... and I somehow got convinced to buy a bunch of Weiss Schwarz cards ('cause friends make other friends spend money).

Q: How did you come across this site?
A: I honestly can't remember, but I think Wikipedia linked it. Wikipedia knows everything.

A: BECAUSE I CAN NOW!!!
Q: Do you play it?
A: Yes, I do. The SP version of Missing Moon came first last year, followed by the original 360 and Live for You!
Q: Do you wish you could play it? (Ignore this part if above answer is "Yes")
A: I wish I could play the sequel right now, which would have the secondary effect of making me the Master of Time. But that doesn't matter as long as I can play the sequel.
Q: Who is your fave idol?
A: Azusa all the way.

A: I tend to like the ballads and techno-dance songs. Tonari ni..., my song, Sora, Next Life, and Jitensha stand out off the top of my head, the first song I ever released was Mahou wo Kakete. Me ga Au Toki, Relations, Meisou Mind, and Overmaster are also great.
Q: Why is your username "<insert username here>"?
A: A long time ago, when I was a kid with a bunch of ideas for RPGs, I made a main character named Cael. I eventually took over that name as my online persona. The initial K used to mean something (for that character), but I locked it away. So, my name is Cael K. In Japanese, however, I tend to use the name 剣心渓龍 (Kenshin Keiryuu) if I need to, so the last inital means something, but I normally just use けいりゅう (Keiryuu) if I don't want to sound like I walked off the pages of some manga.
As an aside, I got the name by taking the word cool, and changing the vowels.
Incidentally, there is the chance that someone would know what the initial K stands for, as I used the full name as my online alias when I first made it...

A: Rather than expectations, I request that wiki load times do not exceed the amount of time it takes for Kotori to be playable. I understand that, like Kotori becoming playable, this might not happen for a while.
