Dearly Stars Translation Project?

(1/3) > >>

Tokome:
So after playing for DS for a few months, I've finally put the game on hold. Why? I want to know what they say, simple as that. I can understand bits and phrases, and my Japanese teacher can help me with some of it, but other than that, promotions just have me mashing the A button or the touch screen, picking a random choice if I don't have an idea and praying for a perfect communication.

I have the data files and all, but I'm no good with Hex Editing. Maybe someone can grab scripts, and people can translate them like for the PSP translations? I'm just suggesting this whole project, so nothing's set in stone yet.

lisondra22:
Well that's illegal but no one really cares so just F it up.
People here don't know much about Hex Editing  8).

That aside, iM@S DS isn't that hard to follow imo.
The only part I actually had great difficulty with was getting a 'Perfect Communication' (yea, I know the game doesn't care at all if you do everything perfectly or if you mess up your choices or something else but who cares) during the Ryo and Makoto Press Conference thing.

Inb4 Scotty: Who cares about a fan made game.

Pizzaman:
The story's what makes the game so interesting though, it's a shame to only half-understand DS.

Idol_Hearts:
I just got the game and it's hard to understand. I was exploring and I accidently deleted my saved game.  :-[  But the game is prertty good, though sometimes you might not get the results you wanted. LET'S GET TRANSLATIONS!
