It might not be your fault; could just be that your HDTV has horrible display lag. Check to see if there's a "Game Mode" or turn off as many fanciful graphics processing crap under your HDTV settings.

The original iDOLM@STER also suffered from this issue during the vocal training mini-game and audition (if you were on a high-tempo song) components.

Most rhythm games also have some sort of lag-compensation setting, but I don't think iMAS or L4U has that, IIRC. If not you can just manually time your button presses earlier or later (follow the beat/rhythm instead of relying on the on-screen indicators).

Thanks friend, lol. I thought i was jsut being totally useless and you've given me a viable excuse lol I'll have to check that out, because it did feel weird while playing it, almost like my controller was lagged, which ofcourse if the display is slow then everything would be.

I'm intending to plug it into a PC monitor when I get a new one, I have a hdmi to dvi cable already, and I may get a monitor with hdmi input.

@ the o(ff)t because I'm lazy to quote: my god, I feel the same way about L4U -- I thought I was okay at rhythm games and the sort, but when I started L4U it made me think otherwise ]:  I don't have much of a lag delay since I'm playing on my laptop (although, to hit perfects I do have to time it like a fraction early than following it with eyes).  Don't let that 3% voltage pull you down, you get better over a short period of time.

Oh and Agent Yoru wo Yuku is like hell -- I think it's the only song I still haven't gotten 100%+ voltage...

fix'd but yes he's right -- I'm using the (crappy) dazzle and AVI mod to play my 360 on my laptop.

Glad I'm not the only one, and actually I'm not too bad on the rhythm games in IM@S SP, but more practice definatly needed. I was also considering using a tv capture card on my laptop, just a cheap one for the laptop like the $2 thing from Amazon, and later I'll get a Black Magic Intensity Pro when I have a better desktop (if i ever get one).

Those things're most probably controller overlays

Also, I think that the 'Limited Edition' on yes-asia is probably just the 'regular' sparkle edition, for that price I reccommend ordering the game elsewhere :|

I wonder how they get those store bonuses? I mean, it's not like NBGI made some and held an auction "Who gets which bonus item".

Do they make it themselves? (partnering with another 3rd party factory maybe?)

I got no idea how they come up with this stuff, not that I'm complaining anyways.

I'm a wee bit more curious as to how someone came up with the name WonderGoo for a store name. Not that I'm complaining of course, it's an awesome name.

One more thing! Are the electrical plugs for a Japanese 360 different than an American one, for anyone who knows anyway. Well, has to do with the whole voltage thing and... grah! I can't think of a proper way to say it!

One more thing! Are the electrical plugs for a Japanese 360 different than an American one, for anyone who knows anyway. Well, has to do with the whole voltage thing and... grah! I can't think of a proper way to say it!

Japan operates on 100 V, 50 Hz (east of Kansai) and 60 Hz (Kansai and west). America operates on 120 V, 60 Hz. Thus American alarm clocks tend to slow down in Tokyo and beyond, whereas they'll be just fine once you hit Kobe.

That said, the transformer that comes with the Japanese XBox360 will in fact work on American outlets. It is designed to accept voltages from 100 V to 127 V from 47 Hz to 63 Hz, thus covering all of Japan (of course) and America. It uses an American-style two-pronged plug (a type A plug) for wall power.

The game's graphics trully are amazing. They worked so much from Idolmaster 1, it's hard to believe it's the same engine.

Anyways, I hope that's a card, because Hibiki <3

It's not. They rebuilt it.

Apparently it's one of the four cards packed in with each first-print copy of iMAS 2.

You mean the one before or after the TGS show? ^^;

Oh, I didn't know. Thanks.

Sorry, maybe I was too abrupt there. But yeah, they tossed a bunch of stuff. ^^;

Come to think of it, they started development around the time they started developing DS, right? I wonder when that was, exactly...
