I really dislike these new "cute and girly" costumes they're really odd...they kinda remind me of the Dearly Stars costumes a bit.

Now that you mention it, they do look a bit like the DS costumes...I swear I think I'd like them more presented in different colors. I think the yellow and green looks odd. I do like the costumes for the "rival" unit, though. They're kinda flashy but super colorful~ (also, I'm biased toward the color purple )

Again, with the PVs, I also found it odd that Azusa, Iori, Ritsuko, or Ami never call you producer or give any indication that they're being produced by you. In fact, Azusa wished you luck in bringing up your idols... but I reasoned that could be what she says if you pick her but not main her. I just didn't think they'd not make them producable.

EDIT: Watched the PVs instead of doing things from memory, Ritsuko only introduces herself to you, saying dropping titles is just fine when addressing her.

961 idols? I'm not sure... having 16 idols minimum running around seems... ambitious? But Kuroi's gonna be around, unless this is a fake. I doubt it...

But on the other side, anyone up for more Weiss Schwarz cards?

I think the new costumes look good, Yukiho's is cute and I think it suits her.
As for the playability of the idols, I think the unplayable ones are most likely unlockable, it would be too risky on their existing fan base to pull them out.
Hopefully we'll know more after that upcoming announcement.
Whats that magazine btw? I was hoping to catch G's if/when they do Imas2. I love that mag, even tho I cant read it, all the images are big a lovely.

I (and tons of other producers) vented on Twitter yesterday so I won't bring any of the negativity here.

On the bright side, I'm surprised Im@s 2 will be playable in TGS. Very surprised.

No need to vent. Aside from this not being on the PS3 as well, there's absolutely nothing wrong with this game. Nope. Didn't even like Azusa.

It also seemed like they were very far into production, and since this comes out in a mere......5 months, a small demo should be available.

Speaking of which, if a demo is available at TGS, it might even get thrown into XBOX Live later on.

Well, either way...they have to be useable. They were in the PVs dancing, all have the cute-and-girly costumes...If they had made those 4 entirely unusable, I wouldn't know what to think.

Wonder why it was those 3 (Ritsuko wanted to work in the office/be a producer rather than an idol anyway, didn't she?). I would think they'd just take some idols out of the group of whichever you weren't using and make a random CPU unit-thing...

In the PVs we can see some scenes with just 1 idol, so theirs some solo interaction/storylines there.

I'm with Scotty on this one actually.  While not being able to produce Ritsuko, Ami, Azusa, and Iori is slightly depressing, it's still looks like a good game.  I'm actually excited to see what Ritsuko can dish out against your (our?) group of girls or something.

And then cry after I lose, but that's far beyond the point.

I hope to catch the TGS event, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO ANNOUNCE KUROI?!?

Hope they do release the demo on the market place, I'll be sure to try it.

I can agree with that. As for Ritsuko and her rivals it should make for interesting dialogue between the idols and the producer.
