I enjoyed doing auditions like in Office Mode (especially the ones with the special rules to them) but L4U style has its pros in that 1: you don't have to do anything to watch the performance and 2: your idol won't fall over or skip lines during the song (or have a visual accident...which really has no effect XD)
What I wonder is if they have an Office/L4U mode, is if they'll still have a 3-idol minimum.
Biggest problem with office mode I think is being stuck with just one idol, and that my lovable Yukiho is unfortunately incapable of going more than 25 seconds without either falling flat on her face, having clothing issues or forgetting a line. Every time she falls down I cringe, it looks soo painful, I feel bad making her do performances. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but after like 10+ videos shes still the same every time, the others don't seem to have anywhere near as many and there's a reasonable chance of an accident free performance. Chihaya is of course awesome in office mode.
I think from the sound of it (I have never played Live for you) a new Live for you style mode would be better, and preferably without having to buy it separately lol I just want to be able to put 3 idols on stage, in a maid uniform and make them sing with a cool stage behind. Do that and I will buy lol
But the longer it takes for them to release it, the longer we'll have to wait for Train For You! D=
With downloadable stations, different length trains for more experienced Controllers, different signals (color light, multi function and semaphore), customisable engine sheds for 'maintenance mode'...
Eh, as great as those two would be, I'd just wait for tRAINM@S SP. Portable train raising sounds nice.
For added realism, play your copy of "The TrainM@ster SP" while on a real train, buy your exact route and re-time your in-game journey to match, announce the next station to your fellow passengers with a cheer before the on-board system does...
... I should go work for Namco.
