Okay, I just read the description of the videos from NicoNicoDouga. Apparently, an impassionate American Sonic X IMAS fan (heretofore referred to as "Sonic-kun") had been pestering the creator of those well-made MADs on Twitter... and the Japanese MAD-maker was so impressed with you-know-who's passion that he decided to give it a shot. The result is that Reach for the Skies MAD.

So, the creator told Sonic-kun about the video he made... and the following exchange happened:

Meh. Probably should've used Amy's songs. That would be......less, painful to watch?

...I'm cracking up and I haven't even watched the videos. I'm not sure that I actually want to.

I don't know whether it's appropriate to laugh so hard or if I should feel sad that anything actually came to fruitation out of the whole "Sonic songs in iM@S" thing.
