Are there any games in the NTSC-J region which can't be played on Asian consoles?

For example the game "Shin Sangoku Musou 4 Special" JP version is a game classified as NTSC-J and should fall in the Asia category and should work on any asian 360 including chinese ones who're also NTSC-J's.

According to AmiAmi, they don't bill anyone until they're actually ready to ship it. I haven't been billed either, just a confirmation that my order was put in.
Are we going to race to see who gets Idolm@ster 2 in first, lol. i think i lost the dearly stars race ;_; -blames play-asia and the super slow shipping
Edit: Wow. I did not know AmiAmi set up a new bundle that you can get a 360 with Idolm@ster 2 (like that one with L4U and the USB someone mentioned pages pages pages back)
There was also one with their LE, but it's "temporary sold out".
