iDOLM@STER 2!!

TweenDoriru:
I speculated originally that the image songs for the characters would be the MS songs XD I kinda wish they were, I would've loved to see ALRIGHT* and Genki Tripper (or even LOBM in console graphics).

But I think that they should've taken the MA2 songs and used them in-game for each character...though I guess all of the returning songs are the characters'. Maybe we're going to get them as DLC -waaaay- down the line, like the MA songs were used in L4U.

hamuzou961:
well they did eventually bring all the character songs in from the first CD series, so I would be surprised if they dont do it for the new CDs. I still really want LOST and some of the other new songs they did.

-Alice or Guilty just sounds like half-hearted mumbling, like it's being sung improv off a piece of paper.
-Smoky Thrill sounds like a cliche low-budget anime opening, with stage choreography more interesting than the song itself.
-Little Match Girl has choreography that looks cut and pasted from previous songs, and it just doesn't seem to go anywhere.  The song is just monotone across the board, like they're bored of singing it or don't want to put any emotion in.
-The World is All One is the only song I've warmed up to, but that's not saying much.  Because it might just be liking something out of repetition, hearing it so many times you're used to it.

ALSO DID I MENTION YUKIHO.  I KINDA WANT TO BEAT A DEAD HORSE THERE.

I agree, Alice or Guilty is lacking in...well, pretty much everything. I mean, even if they're male idols, they can at least put a bit of emotion in it. And the choreography is...meh. Even though I like Jupiter.

I like Little Match Girl a lot though the dance is a bit strange, but I agree, the second half was a bit disappointing. Still love the song, but I expected more.

I like SMOKY THRILL, but I kind of like the stage version better than the M@STER version. The M@STER version has too long of an improv section and it just...feels weird.

The World is all One!! is a good song, but I'm having a hard time warming up to the M@STER version as well. I guess it's just because I've spent months listening to the stage versions, so they'll all take some getting used to.

And Yukiho...I've finally gotten used to her new voice, but I REALLY miss her old one. Sometimes she sounds a bit too whiny or it's as if Azumi Asakura is trying too hard to sound like Yurina Hase. (Especially in MEGARE!) Sometimes she does a good job of it, but yeah... I like her singing in Little Match Girl, but they better not screw up Kosmos, Cosmos because that's probably one of my favorite IM@S songs of all time. I discovered IM@S with that song, and I fell in love with Yukiho. But if Azumi doesn't step it up--I will slap someone.

I mean, I want Nemurihime as much as the next guy, but more than Mythmaker? More than arcadia? More than LivE? No way.

I think this is pretty much their last chance D:

Personally I think the Master Special songs are some of the best and are worthy of getting their own performances on-console. I'd love to see Genki Tripper too. Although I like the MA2 songs (I'd love to see Day of the Future for Miki), I'd hope the MS songs would appear too. Even as DLC that costs a million MSP.
