True...it wouldn't make sense for them to include returning songs at all (since you wouldn't be able to really use them in story mode; one of the features of the game is quintets, so if you're forced to only have 3 idols on your stage and can't have guests for most of the songs in the game, it would be a little weird).

I'm wondering what the 5-idol versions of the old songs will be like (I can't imagine the other 2 idols not looking tacked-on, considering I'm so used to the 3-idol coreography).

People are saying from the video of the seiyuus playing that you start with 3 songs. Maybe it's just that quintets can only do those songs, since they didn't make motion data for the other ones?

Doesn't make sense to me. You can only have guests appear if you do one of four songs? I'd be pretty let down.

Sometimes people get pre-release trial thingies to do pre-release stuff, so any inconsistencies might be able to be explained with that. In fact, I think the way game reviews go, they get a pre-release version of the game with a list of stuff that they say will be changed/fixed on release. This explains why a review can be out so close to release, but also places restrictions on reviewers: sometimes they can't comment on what the company says will change.

... Or so I remember reading once.

I hope the maid costume is better than the Meruhen Maid / Maid 2 ones from iM@S360/L4U...I did like the Meruhen Maid one because it came in the different colors so it was more like a fluffy dress, but I didn't really like the uniform black one as much. Which is actually saying something because I like maid outfits.

Wonder if we'll have to wait 'till the game is out to see 'em.

I think when I read the prices, my face was Mami's when you first open the site...

and then went, oh it's NBGI, nvm.  Don't know if I'll commit to buying costumes until I see them (probably like a lot of other people...)
