However, if the communications you get are decided by a main idol...
5 idols: 6435 (13 idols, pick 4, throw out doubles, pick from the remaining 9)
4 idols: 2860
3 idols: 858
New songs, I would bet, would be mostly new. A character song for each, and a 765 song makes 14 songs. If they want to do shared image songs... 13 doesn't divide easily, but I could see a 3/3/3/4 spread, making it 18. For a release, I think that's about the number of songs that's doable.
All our old songs? DLC is what I think.

I don't remember the death threat thing, but... dang it people, it's cool if you cry tears of sadness and all, but don't hate. The world is all one!
EDIT: I just realized what day it is here in America... and I'd much rather be spending it at a concert in Japan!

After reading Asakura-sans interview i feel a bit at ease about the CV change for Yukiho. Shes still my Fav Idol and i think Asakura can help her character evolve so i wish her the best of luck.

Asakura seems like she'll do a good job. Reading the interviews and stuff, I have faith in her! :) I absolutely cannot wait to hear Yukiho.
Also, I know this was a few pages back (Cael K is right, it's a pain to quote from pages ago) but I'm pretty sure there was an issue with another CV (being Chihaya's or Azusa's, I don't know) who was leaving because they were just becoming a vocalist or something which involved not working on iM@S...
edit: Also from pages ago, I think the graphics maybe aren't IMPROVED, but even the idols with no evident change look a bit different. Chihaya, Yayoi, Yukiho, and Haruka all look a bit different than in the original iM@S (and then Ami's so much taller). I think they're...enhanced, and I like them.
