If nothing else, Amazon.co.jp is selling it. I think they deliver books and CDs internationally, as long as it's in their warehouse and not in one of the many little guys that signed up to sell stuff on Amazon.
Magazines for one month usually come out the month before, though, as far as I remember. So, the December issue of something would usually come out in November. Of course, 30 October is really close to November, so no problems there.

I wouldn't doubt Amazon.jp has it, though...their shipping prices are harsh >> I guess I should specify that they're hard to come by and be affordable XD Considering the price for it is...990 yen? Should be like $15 plus a little extra shipping XD
