I have a feeling this topic is going to get locked, but I've gone and deleted my "repost" topic and decided to just update this one instead. Here's the final part of the character bios:

Name: Chihaya Kisaragi

Race: Human
Alignment: Dark

Chihaya Kisaragi is a total psychopath that seems to like destruction and considers Haruka her mortal enemy. She contributed to a lot of the things Turivatia did throughout iDolmaster Xenoglossia and was thought to have been killed during the raid on Turiavita's base. In Touhou Xenoglossia Z, however, Chihaya is revealed to have somehow survived the incident (this is never fully explained, even people like Haruka and Reimu wonder this) and ended up back on the mainland, though she was unconscious. Someone found her and took her to a hospital, where she laid in a coma for a few months. Around the time of Haruka's birthday, Chihaya woke up and trashed the hospital, injuring everyone who tried to stop her. Even more so, as a result of what happened to her during Turiavita's end, Chihaya had developed some sort of strange powers that seemed to have no effect at the time. However, when the iDol cores came back towards Earth and entered Gensokyo, Chihaya felt some sort of power surge go through her and suddenly was transported to Gensokyo. Upon arriving in Gensokyo, Chihaya has started an ambition to absorb the energy of all the iDol cores. Her goal, destroy Gensokyo, all surrounding worlds, and even the outside world, and from their ruins, found a new world for herself that she rules over.

When it comes to Chihaya's past, she along with Azusa was taken in by two scientists named Kaien and Tell. These two scientists researched the iDol cores and Azusa and Chihaya showed great promise when it came to piloting the mechas built around the cores. In fact, Chihaya became Imber's pilot. However, Tell's research became a bit dark and eventually, she staged an incident where Imber had gone berserk and rejected Chihaya. Tell, going by the name of "Mother", went to found Turiavita, and Chihaya joined her and was given the iDol Nubilum.

During the events of Touhou Xenoglossia Z, Chihaya is shown to possess immense power due to the resonating energies of the iDol cores and Lunar Shards. The energy causes a reaction with her powers and allows Chihaya to summon iDol Armor (which looks like a cross between Saber Alter's armor (from Fate/Stay Night) and Nubilum's body) without the need of coming in contact with a Lunar Shard (she'd actually prefer her armor to be white). When in iDol Armor, Chihaya can perform such things as gravity punches, gravity kicks, majorly intensifying gravity, fire energy blasts, and assemble a laser cannon that she can fire on her foes. To add to that, due to the powers that she exhibits and how they behave in Gensokyo, Chihaya can copy the abilities of whoever she comes in contact with and use those abilities when in iDol Armor. Such examples include Chihaya being able to launching Yin-Yang Orbs like Reimu can or launch homing snake bullets like Sanae can. She can even perform the attacks of those who require a certain item to use such as Marisa's Master Spark or Sakuya's Luna Dial. Even more so, Chihaya can enhance these abilities, making them much stronger than with those she coped them from (such as if both Chihaya and Sakuya have stopped time, Chihaya can stop time again, leaving Sakuya frozen in time). Because of this, her arsenal is quite vast and also continues to grow. Chihaya's personality is shown to be quite insane and psychotic. While she considers Haruka her enemy, she also sees a growing threat in Reimu and has a bit of a grudge with Sanae. If Chihaya isn't stopped, Gensokyo, and more will be destroyed.

Normal Abilities
Gravity Punch - Chihaya punches the foe hard, sending out gravity shockwaves. The harder and more focused the punch is, the bigger the shockwave and greater the effect.
Gravity Kick - Chihaya sends out a powerful kick at the foe, sending out gravity shockwaves. Basically the same as punching.
Gravity Crush - Chihaya sends down a string of heavy shockwaves, crushing anything that gets caught under the attack.
Gravity Bind - Chihaya creates several ring-like shockwaves around the foe that come together and bind the foe or foes caught in them.
Gravity Storm - Chihaya sends out a gravity anomaly that causes gravity to intensify rapidly. Buildings and other structures are crushed by this effect in little time.
Ion Sphere - Chihaya creates a large sphere of ion energy that she launches at her foes. The sphere then explodes on contact, sending out shockwaves that distort the area.
Energy Blast - Chihaya fires a string of energy shots at her foes. She can also fire machine-gun style.
Laser Cannon - Chihaya assembles a large laser cannon and fires it at her foes. The laser blast sends out a shockwave upon being fired.
Giga Laser - Chihaya has her laser cannon take in a TON of energy and fires a COLOSSAL laser equal to the power of the Vulturius Cannon downward. The full power and range of this blast is unknown; it could even destroy all of Gensokyo instantly. Chihaya has only done this in her Last Word form.
Copied Abilities
Yin-Yang Orb - Chihaya creates and fires a Yin-Yang Orb at her foes. She can also charge it up to make the attack bigger. Copied from Reimu.
Master Spark - Chihaya charges up intense energy in her hand and then unleashes a giant beam of energy at her foes. Copied from Marisa.
Non-Directional Laser - Chihaya sends out four lasers that spin around her. She can spin the lasers around her for better range. Copied from Marisa.
Homing Snake - Chihaya fires snake-shaped energy bodies that home in on targets. Copied from Sanae.
Exploding Frog - Chihaya fires frog-shaped energy bodies that explode on contact, creating shockwaves for wider range. Copied from Sanae.
Luna Dial - Chihaya manipulates time, whether she stops it, reverses it, slows it down, or speeds it up. Copied from Sakuya.
Res. Butterfly - Chihaya launches a flowing wave of glowing butterfly-like projectiles that can blind her foes. Copied from Yuyuko.
Enhanced Abilities
Yin-Yang Orb Ultra - Chihaya fires a storm of Yin-Yang Orbs at her foes. She can also launch a massive one twice her height that explodes on contact. Enhanced version of Reimu's Yin-Yang Orb.
Master Spark Ultra - Chihaya fires two large beams of energy from both her hands that push all matter out of their way. Enhanced version of Marisa's Master Spark.
Non-Directional Laser Ultra - Chihaya launches countless arrays of spinning lasers in all directions, which cut through anything. Enhanced version of Marisa's Non-Directional Laser.
Homing Snake Ultra - Chihaya launches infinitely long snake-shaped energy bodies that can wrap around anything from foes to large structures, allowing her to lift and throw them. Enhanced version of Sanae's Homing Snake.
Exploding Frog Ultra - Chihaya launches large streams of clustered together frog-shaped energy bodies gattling gun-style. Enhanced version of Sanae's Exploding Frog.
Luna Dial Ultra - Chihaya manipulates time while in manipulated time (like stopping time when time is already stopped or fast-forwarding time while time is reversed). Enhanced version of Sakuya's Luna Dial.
Res. Butterfly Ultra 1 - Chihaya launches a storm of medium-sized butterfly projectiles that explode into smaller projectiles that explode into flashing dust that blinds anyone caught in it. Enhanced version of Yuyuko's Res. Butterfly.
Res. Butterfly Ultra 2 - Chihaya has giant butterfly-like energy wings form on her back, giving her enhanced speed, flight, and maneuverability. She can also slash her foes with these wings. Another enhanced version of Yuyuko's Res. Butterfly.
Trivia: These aren't all the abilities Chihaya possesses. She happens to have many more at her disposal depending on the people she copies.

Touhou Xenoglossia Z takes place a year after the events of iDolmaster Xenoglossia began, so everyone's a year older.

I got it from some anime review site. Said "awful woman's" name can also be translated to Del Donna (which is the name used for her in Pokémon Flora/Azure/Solar).
