That's the error message it's been giving me. I'll try something other than Win32 (Maybe a *nix vm...)

Funny... It worked perfectly on my windows machine...
You're using ActivePerl right? MediaWiki::API module is responsible for this error, I didn't write that... Sorry, without way to reproduce the error I can't help you.

Hm.... I still suspect that my ISA Server is being the culprit here...
I'll try getting the scripts without going through the ISA 2006 routing engine and see what happens...
