「ラジオの公開収録なのに、私、全然まともにしゃべれてなくて……」
It’s a public recording but I can’t utter a single word…
Ｐ「ＤＪさんのテンポ速いし、画面ないぶん、どんどんしゃべらないといけないからね」
(producer) Mr DJ chose a fast pacing, besides you have to speak rather informally and very quickly, at that.
雪歩「はい、でも、わかってるんですけど……話のスピードに、ついていけないっ……あうぅ」
(Yukiho) You’re right here… But I can’t keep that pace of talk at all…
・辛くとも頑張れっ
・慌てずマイペースで
Ｐ「辛いかもしれないが、いや、辛くとも頑張れっ」
(producer) It may be hard for you but you know, no matter how hard it is, keep it up.
雪歩「が、がんばりたいですぅ……」
(Yukiho) I…I want to but…
Ｐ「とにかく相槌だけでも打ってみたらどうかな」
(producer) Well, at least give some signs that you’re with us. Say something like “I see”, “You’re right”, “Uh huh…”
相槌（あいづち）－ back-channeling
雪歩「そ、そんな！ 私がゲストなのに、自分から話題も振れずに、相槌だけなんてっ」
「きっと、聴いてる人も退屈でつまらないですよね……ううっ」
(Yukiho) OMG! I’m a guest and I can’t even come up with a topic to discuss! And in the end I’m just nodding in return.
I’m sure the listeners will be all bored to death…They’ll think it’s so dull…Oh…*sobs*
Ｐ「そ、そんな、気にすることないって」
(producer) Oh, come on, don’t give it a stuff.
雪歩「ああ、私、私やっぱり、きっとラジオに向いてない……」
「ううん、根本的に、こういう仕事がだめなんだ。だめだめアイドルなんだぁ……」
「こんなだめな私は、もう……穴掘ります、埋まっておきます」
(Yukiho) Ah, I’m…I’m not fit for a radio show…
No, I’m not fit for this job to begin with! A hopeless idol, that’s it.
Now that I’m so hopeless, I’ll have to… I’m digging up a hole and I’m gonna bury myself in it once and for all.
根本的（こんぽんてき）－ fundamental
Ｐ「掘るな！ 埋まるな！ 戻って来い雪歩！ああ、収録の続きがまだ残ってるのに！」
(producer) Don’t dig! No funerals! Come back, Yukiho! Geez, we still have to finish the recording.

Ｐ「甘えるな、いい加減にしなさいっ」
(producer) Oh, come on, don’t be so weak. (lit. don’t act like a child, behave yourself).
雪歩「ううっ、ぐすっ、そんなこと言われたってぇ。できないものは、できないですよぉ……」
(Yukiho) *Sobs* Even if you say it to me. I can’t do what I can’t!.. *cries*
Ｐ「な、泣くなぁ！ とにかくスタジオに戻す！」
(producer) D-don’t cry! Anyways let’s get back to the studio.
雪歩「い、いやですぅ」
(Yukiho) N-no, I won’t!
Ｐ「いやだって言っても戻すからな！ さあ、マイクの前に座るんだ、このダメドルめっ」
(producer) We return to the studio even if you say you won’t. OK, sit down in front of the mike, you stubborn hopeless idol.
雪歩「あ、あうぅ、ぐす……す、すみません。や、やります、やらせてくださいっ」
(Yukiho) Oh…*sobs* I’m… I’m sorry. I’ll do it. P-please, l-let me do it.
Ｐ（うーん、我ながらちょっと荒療治だったかな）
（多少混乱した雪歩だけど、スタジオに復帰した。ＤＪから涙目の理由を訊かれると素直に答えた）
（そのあとの雪歩は、決して早口ではないけど、自然なトークで収録を進められたようだ……）
(producer)(well, I admit I had to take drastic measures)
(Yukiho got a bit confused but she returned to the studio. And she honestly answered DJ’s question as to why she came all in tears)
(Then Yukiho was apparently slow but the conversation looked natural and the recording went on smoothly)
