I suppose you can find what you're looking for in 'pairing images' thread under Characters section.
As for Haruka, I don't think there's something extraordinary between her and Ritsuko. Correct me if I'm wrong.  But IMO what Haruka feels toward Chihaya is more interesting.

Also, did you watch Live for You! anime? If you haven't already I highly recommend you do. You don't even have to buy L4U! limited edition for that. There's a separate thread under Xbox 360 games section. You can find the videos as well as translation and subtitles thoroughly done by me. With a little help from my friends, of course.
I know it's all very old stuff but it's awesome nonetheless. Counting checks and re-checks of fansubs I watched it around 35 times so far and I don't even feel sick about it.
