Hello I'm new! My names is Valeria and I'm Italian....

I adore IDOL MASTER, but unfortunately, I waited and waited for an European version... that never come out...

I have xbox 360 and nintendo DS... I was happy to know that there was a version for NIntendo ds, but still... I would so much to play the real Idol Master for Xbox360....

I wonder, If I buy the japanese game, it could be possible to play it on my xbox360 european?

I really NEED to play that game ;___;

also you're either going to need a modded xbox or a japanese/asian xbox to play the xbox titles of im@s
they're very strict with region coding to the point of probably hating every other country except themselves.

im@s will never be sold outside of asia, for its strictly said on the back cover of SP and xbox "FOR JAPAN ONLY"

edit: get SP, dont waste your x7 the money on the xbox version when you can be filled with all your imas needs on SP

speculation that the next im@s game being announced next summer will be on ps3
but no leads yet

Yeah, I could play the game myself but unfortunately I don't have a 360...period... as well as a basic understanding of the Japanese Language so I'm kinda screwed myself...

God knows it would be a good day for all of us if idolmaster was released in English. Unfortunately the only translations are the ones done by groups like us and they're only for the psp. i wonder if we could hire a programmer/translator to translate the game.

360 is probably doomed at the rate everything is going in Japan...  Im@s PS3 wouldn't be bad since PS3 is region free.

I'm pretty sure directly modifying the game is illegal, and you can bet that your ass is going to be fried by NB if they ever find out about it.

true, NB cracks down on modders like the cops running a drug bust. no way would i try that thing i don't think anyone would be willing to translate it anyways.

Has nothing to do with the chances of im@s being sold outside of asia. It only means that the certain copy you're looking at is for Japan only, not the whole series.

But whatever, chances are still as slim as ever.

Not really, it's not like NamcoBandai is trying to avoid any sort of means of importers playing it. That's just absurd. Why would you say such a thing after SP has been out for months?
