In Kyun! Vampire Girl, as least as of OFA, Mami is the only one that closes her eyes during the haaaaaannnn~ part.
All the others just sort of squint/close it halfway. Probably to differentiate it from Ami's.

Oh dang, I can't believe I didn't realize that Project Fairy were singing their own names in Overmaster! That's pretty cool!

But all the other idols sing the song with the same lines in the same way (at least they all do in PS), so I don't think that'd be considered an individual variation.

yeah it doesn't really count as individual variation, it is just something columbia did for the m@ster version of the CD

Hibiki is the only one who winks at the line "Koko ni hibiki wataranakucha" in Overmaster. Here's a comparison of Hibiki's and Iori's for example.
