From my end, I'm breezing through the Minecraft soundtrack, with "Creative 4" being by far my favourite. It's a very chill, progressive melody, and it really does emphasize the fact that through constant effort and imagination, one could turn something small like a shack into something grand like a mansion. Timeless stuff through and through.

Lately for me, it's Kaze no Traveler (the opening to Rune Factory 4), though this is less because I enjoy the song and more because I've been working on a set of translyrics for the game opening-sized version... okay yeah I do actually enjoy the song to some extent too, going so far to write translyrics for it and all. It's so catchy and upbeat. XP

Neat. Shame they are only doing a digital release (and the fact I don't have a credit card so I can't get it myself, but that's another thing). Maybe not even vinyl, but CD. But still, the fact that we can get this after so many years is glorious.

Swans - The Seer

OK, might be too soon since I only listened to it twice (it's a 2-disc album that also includes 32-, 23- and 19-minute tracks - I rarely have the time/mood to dedicate myself to it) - but so far I'm pretty convinced this is one of the greatest albums ever. Well, it's Alternative/Post Punk - not for everyone. But if you like that kind of music, try it.

What's amazing, some fans consider it their best album and it was made when the band was ~30 years old.
