Both.  XSEED is selling soundtracks at 5 bucks apiece, so I snapped them up and got a game too, on the advice of a blog I frequent.  I don't think their store sends out emails though, so I have no idea when it will arrive. :/

About to load up the Radiant Historia soundtrack, which arrived 2 weeks after shipping instead of the week I expected.
