A little bit more detail here, will you?
What do you mean by buying emails?
I did receive emails (fan letters) occasionally but I didn't do anything specific for that.

Aha, I just happened to get some points. They are expensive as hell.
It seems that I need to connect my xbox to the net, after all. So far I was quite happy to play offline.
You know I recently checked the marketplace. They sell new songs for Live for you! at 1200 mp a piece. Assuming that the game itself costs only $35, it gives me shivers.
nikorai:
Hello again!
Um, can you help me with Xbox Live?
Yesterday I was trying to connect my xbox to the Net. At first I was going crazy with all those IP addresses but finally I got it working. Or I think that I got it working.
But then I had a problem again.
I can’t log in to my account!
I click “restore gamer’s tag” (ゲーマータグを復元), input my hotmail address but it says that “it’s impossible to use this account for this region\country. Try a different ID.”
How can I log in to my Japanese account? What do I do wrong?
UPD. I assume the problem is with my email address. Can I change it in my account?
OK. FORGET everything I said above.
I solved the problem. The story is like that. My Windows ID had Russia indicated as my place of living. I switched it to Japan and my Xbox immidiately signed in. But then it said "can't go on with the procedure" at the Privacy Policy page. But it turned out that it was because of my crappy (i'm sorry) internet connection. After a few tries it actually connected, I charged the account and everything's fine.
It's only that I still have to buy a hard drive.
A pictured story.
This page was slow to load
I tried testing connection, but it's actually fine.
The next try gave me the text. Happy!
Now I download my online profile
And finally spend my MS points on Yukiho's mail address (190 mb for an address? That's a lot).
im@s front cover
Pizzaman:
The 190MB-for-an-address thing is because your Xbox DLs the entire catalog which has all the contents inside, then unlocks stuff according to what you bought.
