there is absolutley no way jets can fly that low without ripping people to shreads, decapitating them or crushing them from the pressure of the speed, nevertheless flying below skyscraper level causes windows to shatter :K
Actually, I've heard of a prototype that doesn't use a runway.
It takes off and lands by stopping in place and using multiple jets of air to slowly take off.
But such jets aren't the ones in question so I guess you're right. XD

Ah yes the lovely f-35B (seen in my signiture) is the latest plane that uses this ability to vertically take off. the first of its kind to vertically take off and fly above the speed of sound.

It's not the first supersonic V/STOL made. But it IS the first to enter production and service.

No, there were other supersonic V/STOLs even before the X-32.

The Yak-141 was one, for example.

ah yes that's right. i tend to forget about the creative inventions of the Soviets. and i think there was a british prototype that was canceled around the same time as the Harrier was made.

oooooooo, what jets are those on the photograph?
And once again, Hibiki and Takane have the most underused cameos. XD

the Su-33 (same plane as Miki's). highly maneuverable and with the ability to land on a carrier this plane is perfect for air to air wherever you need it. Perfect for the Estovokia's elite Strigon team.

Oh cool. But they look so much different from Miki's Su-33. XD

Btw, does a stealth fighter lose its stealth capabilities when it has a Yukiho decal?

not in the game. in fact the Yukiho F-117 is actually harder (in game) to track and lock on to than the normal version and it boast an increased defence rating along with a higher payload. In RL it would depend on what type of paint was used but the planes odd shape is what helps bounce off radar signals to help make it undetectable. If you didn't know Haurka's F-22 is also a stealth fighter which is why Haurka and Yukiho are in the same story together.
