For those who would like to get their hands on Puchimasu! in the US, I've been talking with someone at Akadot Retailer (akadot.com) about the manga.  This was their response to me:

Hi Eden! Thank you for your inquiry!
 
I expect to be able to order this particular manga once it comes out. It should take two to three weeks after the order is placed to get here. Unfortuantely, from the picture you sent, I was unable to identify a specific product, and to avoid confusion we generally like to have the ISBN number on hand. Do you happen to have this? Based on the release date, I found a book which I thought might be correct but I cannot be too sure. Here is a link to one of them:

Unfortunately, this site is in Japanese and there is no image yet, so I'm not sure how much it will help.
