Ryoma you need a Japanese PSN account with credit on it.  Making an account is easy, there are guides showing you how to make one online.  There are a bunch of different websites that sell Japanese PSN cards for use on the network.  Once you buy a code, you redeem it and your account gets credited that amount and you can spend it on clothes/songs/etc.

-Also anyone find any new catalog information, assuming there is one this month?

I can't imagine the catalogs stopping here o.o Especially since even just *info* on the iM@S2 console game is eons away. Having no "live" iM@S games at all? Will Bandai-Namco stand for the cease of constant cashflow into their wallets?? *shot*

Nonetheless, I would imagine they would mention that it was the last catalog, if it was.
