Does anyone know if the DLC from the Japanese Playstation store work on the Asian version of Idolmaster SP?

yes it does, as long as you have a japanese PSN account

So how exactly do I play those idol skits that I download at the store? I just downloaded some, but I can't find them anywhere. :/

Select the drama from the in-game store. Choose the right option when picking the drama.
