I played a preview version at the TGS, quite funny game.

*points at sig* since the game is handheld I play at home, school and of course Thanksgiving break. I have to play RF3 since my brother bought a PS3 and stole the only good TV.
Also contemplating whether to start a new save file, since my brother also has his own file...

Yeah, those long menu load times and junk might be the culprit.
