La Petit Princess was a disappointment for me.
I loved the first TSS.

I just got it in the mail today and after playing it I sorta have mixed feelings about it.
I don't like how they abandoned the world map, they could have at least included that from the original but add different selection routes to make the modes less linear. The 3D playing field seems awkward considering everything else is 2D. There's no way to modify the volume of BGM, sound effects, and voices either, plus there's no voice to announce a KO? Also don't understand why they didn't add like an unlockable port of the original arcade version/dreamcast version.
However-
I like the new characters/character designs and music is still good, although the new announcer takes a little while to get used to. Gameplay feels more balanced to me so far and has more of that UMPH I was looking for from the arcade version. I'd have to play every character though to judge for myself I dunno lol. When it was still in the college arcade I always remember everyone would pick Macky and Pentell >_>
edit: wait didn't read about the unlockables till now

Three guesses what I'm playing right now (using a friend's X360). ;)
No, not IM@S. The -other- great game for the 360.
