The difficulty is relative. They're still really hard games for the most part.

Pretty much, Keiji Inafune wants to make a game a lot like Mega Man, except since he's not at Capcom anymore he can't actually call it Mega Man. The video on the kickstarter seems to say that he didn't feel good about Legends 3 being cancelled, so he did this. Which I find pretty hilarious.
Like, in a day they got 800 grand of the 900 they want. That was pretty quick. At this rate, maybe they'll hit the 2.5 million for an all console release by the end of the month.
