Trying to watch the Tekken Global Championship US qualifiers stream. With heavy emphasis on "trying".
The tournament is pretty good so far, but stream is a mess. I don't really watch streams much, but this one is the worst I've seen.

Started playing The Bureau: XCOM Declassified. I was streaming the game on my twitch account. I'll probably be continuing in the early afternoon.

We got the iM@S DLC for Xillia (Haruka, Hibiki, and Takane outfits) and a matching PS3 theme in NA.
It's a nice change of heart after they didn't give it to us for Graces.

Is this talking about your Xbox account gamerpic? I've never seen any outside of the Japanese store. Or is it talking about something else?
(Also, outdated article is outdated.)

It's either misinformation, or written before the NXE update. Now the only way to get it is to purchase it from the JP store on a JP account then changing to it on your main account.
